Rules and Regulations for Children's Library

1. The NLC Children's Library receives children aged 15 and below. Children before school age entering the Children's Library shall be accompanied by an adult, and infants need to wear diapers.

 

2. Accompanying adult can enter the NLC Children's Library by presenting Reader's Card or valid IDs (ID card, residence booklet, passport, officer card, residence permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents, Mainland travel permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents, Mainland travel permit for Taiwan residents, Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card).

 

3. During peak hours such as weekends and winter/summer vacations, flow restriction measures will be taken to ensure the safety of readers.

 

4. Please take care of your belongings. Bags and other articles can be stored in the lockers for free. Please do not bring food, colored or sugary drinks into the reading area.

 

5. Please abide by the Civilized Reader Convention, consciously maintain the reading environment, and refrain from engaging in activities unrelated to the services provided by the Library in the library area. Mobile phones should be switched to the silent or vibrate mode. Readers shall answer the phone or make calls out of the Library.

 

6. Please take good care of the literature and facilities in the Library, and do not connect to external power sources, charge, or move equipment and facilities without authorization.

 

7. Photographing and filming are prohibited in the Children's Library. Please don't use your own digitalization equipment to scan or copy the publications in the Library.
