On 12 December, Chen Ying, Secretary of the CPC Committee of the NLC and Deputy Director of the NLC, met with the Director of Novosibirsk State Scientific and Technological Library of Russia and her legation.
Both parties reviewed the history of exchanges and cooperation between the library communities of China and Russia, introduced their library collections respectively, and exchanged views on expanding the content of document exchange between the two libraries and collaborating in multiple fields in the future.
