On 13 November, a delegation of 40 Russian cultural heritage conservation experts, organized by the All-Russian State Library for Foreign Literature, visited the National Library of China (NLC) for business exchanges.
At the business exchange meeting, both parties introduced and exchanged information on the preservation and conservation of ancient books in the NLC, as well as the development level of document restoration in four types of cultural heritage preservation institutions in Russia, including libraries, professional restoration institutions, art museums and universities.
After the meeting, the delegation visited the NLC Documents Restoration Section and the exhibitions of the National Museum of Classic Books.
