On 5 November, the 18th Council Meeting of the Conference on Cooperative Development and Sharing of Chinese Resources was held in Hong Kong, which was organized by Hong Kong Central Library.
Chen Ying, Secretary of the CPC Committee of the NLC and Deputy Director of the NLC, introduced the general situation of the NLC Intelligent Service Platform for Chinese Ancient Books and China Memory Project in her exchange speech. She said that the Conference on Cooperative Development and Sharing of Chinese Resources provided a valuable platform for exchanges between the Chinese library community and academic circles, helping all parties broaden their horizons, inspire ideas, and create opportunities for international bilateral and multilateral cooperation among member institutions.
The meeting discussed how to further leverage the role of cooperative development and sharing platform, and strengthen cooperation among member institutions, determined relevant affairs for the 16th Conference on Cooperative Development and Sharing of Chinese Resources to be held next year.
