On 16 May, Chen Ying, Secretary of the CPC Committee of the NLC and Deputy Director of the NLC, met with Leonardo Alfonso Kam Binns, the Ambassador of Panama to China, and his delegation, and received donated books. Both sides reached a consensus on carrying out cooperation between libraries of the two countries and promoting cultural exchange between the two countries.
