On 12 March, Zhang Zhiqing, Executive Deputy Director of the National Library of China (NLC), met with a 5-person delegation led by Starry Lee Wai King, a member of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress and chairman of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong (DAB). Both sides hoped to maintain further communication and work together to promote the smooth development of cooperation affairs.
