On 28 February, Chen Ying, Secretary of the CPC Committee of the National Library of China (NLC) and Deputy Director of the NLC, met with Nanda Dharmaratne, Chairman of the National Library and Documentation Services Board, Sri Lanka (NLDSB). Both sides exchanged views on strengthening exchanges and cooperation between the NLC and the NLDSB in the construction of smart libraries, collation and development of Silk Road documents, ancient books promotion, and so on.
