On 23 February, the Staff Conference of the National Library of China (NLC), 2024 was held. Rao Quan, a member of the CPC Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and Vice Minister of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, attended the conference and delivered a speech. The conference summarized the main work in 2023, and deployed key tasks for 2024. The decisions on conferring various rewards, including "Director's Special Award", "Excellent Collective", "Service Star", "Excellent Collective and Individual on Safety Work", and name list of staff working in the NLC for 30 years were announced. The leaders presented honorary certificates to the representatives who got awards in 2023 and staff who had worked in the NLC for 30 years.
The main officials of the Public Service Department of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the NLC leadership team, leaders and representatives of each division and department, and the representatives of the retired attended the conference.
