"The 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Spain, 'Precious Mirror of the Clear Heart' and cultural exchange between China and the West" was held on the evening of 13 December at the Cervantes College in Beijing. Chen Ying, Secretary of the CPC Committee of the NLC and Deputy Director of the NLC, was invited to attend the event and give a speech.
