It was decided that the members should give their feedback to the IFLA Secretariat and the IFLA Regional Council in written form after further improving the contents. In addition, the meeting also discussed internal organizations, the division of responsibilities of members and the arrangement of future meetings, which laid a foundation for the effective work of the Committee.
