Huo Ruijuan, female, Han ethnicity. Born in June 1980. Postgraduate with a PhD in Management. Research librarian. Member of the CPC. She used to work as secretary of the Youth League Committee of the NLC, deputy director of the NLC General Office, deputy secretary general and secretary general of the Secretariat of the Library Society of China, and director of the NLC General Office successively. She was appointed as Deputy Director of the NLC in June 2021.
