As of July 1st World Bank has adopted a new Open Access Policy for research and knowledge products making thousands of works available under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license (for more information please see Kiosk Announcement). World Bank continues to make its data and knowledge free, open and accessible. It recently launched a new Open Knowledge Repository (OKR) to collect, disseminate and permanently preserve its intellectual output. With Bank publications and data more open and accessible from a variety of sources than ever before, the OKR includes smaller download size PDFs.
