The evaluation aims to provide feedback and learning opportunities for the WHO Secretariat and Member States. A key intended user for the evaluation is the Department of Quality Assurance, Norms and Standards. Other key users include WHO management at HQ and Regional levels, technical departments and WHO country offices.
